Taking Brave Steps
Established in 2014, Brave Step is a non-profit organization created by a survivor of sexual abuse, who found hope and healing through her experience in therapy. These posters and social media campaigns were created to support Brave Step’s annual Color It Blue campaign which raises awareness for Sexual Assault Awareness Month in April. Utilizing minimalist imagery and analogous color palettes these illustrations convey a message of unity and shared experiences and foster a sense of community for individuals looking for hope and new beginnings.
These templates and icons were created to enhance the organization’s visual cohesiveness and social media presence. Reinforcing elements utilized by the organization’s existing brand allows heir personality; compassion and bravery shine through to provide a consistent online identity.
